Does anyone have experience using the Windows 10 Pro upgrade disc that comes with this desktop?
I ordered this specific model a week ago I'm now sitting here using it as I type this. I popped the included disc in, rebooted, and then hit F12 to boot from the disc. The disc ran and I attempted to select the option to install Windows 10 and keep my files that are on the drive. It told me the drive is locked so it can't install. So instead I then tried another option which was to wipe the entire drive clean and install Windows 10. That didn't work either because there was a "partition missing".
There is an astonishingly low amount of search results related to my problem on the internet. So I was hoping someone here had some experience or advice to offer me.
